Brokernomy is web-based bookkeeping software for people in the business of real estate: licensed agents, investors who flip houses, owners of rental property, and property managers. Each of its four plans opens the tools for that line of work, and the tools for a second line of work can be added to a plan.
For agents, Brokernomy works out what each closing pays after the referral fee, the brokerage split, the cap and other fees, and tracks progress toward the cap. It keeps a monthly profit and loss with the return on each lead source, a pipeline of deals weighted by stage against a yearly goal, a watch list of dues, license renewals and continuing education, a mileage and vehicle log, contacts, and the figures for each Form 1099-NEC the agent issues. A year-end tax organizer gathers the totals, documents and questions to bring to a tax preparer.
For investors, the flip tracker keeps every cost on the house it belongs to, from purchase through rehab and holding to sale, and lists unsold houses as inventory. Rental owners see who rents what, who owes rent, and the money in and out of each property by year. Property managers keep each owner's money separate, record their fees, and see what their own company earns. A team and brokerage add-on shows a broker or team lead their agents' closings, caps and licenses.
Expenses can be typed in, scanned from a receipt photo, or read from an uploaded bank or card statement (CSV or PDF). Its reader, Ask Reale, suggests where each line belongs and asks when it is unsure. Year summaries download as PDF files for a CPA or tax preparer. Email reminders and a calendar feed for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook cover due dates. Every subscriber signs in with two steps, card payments are handled by Stripe, and users can download their records or delete their account at any time.
Brokernomy keeps and adds up records. It does not give tax, accounting or legal advice.
