BrokerDam is a CRM built for Canadian mortgage brokers and brokerages. It replaces the stack most brokers juggle to close one file: a generic CRM, an e signature tool, a texting app, an email marketing tool, a booking link and a document portal. The AI Underwriter reads the full application package, including paystubs, NOAs, T4s, bank statements, credit reports and MLS listings. It cross references the documents, calculates GDS and TDS with the OSFI B-20 stress test, and returns a broker ready summary with its reasoning and flags. It never approves or declines a deal. The broker stays in control. Brokers run their pipeline, send documents for e signature with a certificate of completion, text clients two ways, send email campaigns, give clients and realtors their own portals, track commissions and keep AML and FINTRAC records in one place. Deals sync in from Velocity by Newton, and books from other systems come in by file import. Ad leads from Meta and Google land on the Leads page through a secure webhook.
