Broidry is order-management software built for solo and small machine-embroidery businesses. If your orders live in Etsy messages, Facebook DMs, texts, and email, Broidry puts them in one place: every order, its specs, its deadline, and its payment status on one screen.
It includes a design library that keeps each design's thread colors, plus a font library, so every finished piece is on record and a reorder is a lookup instead of a guess. Buyers fill out a structured order form, so orders arrive complete, without back-and-forth over thread colors and sizes.
Broidry also handles quotes, deposits and card payments (through Stripe or the shop's own Square account), production scheduling, group orders, listing photos, and a shop page you can sell from directly. Past orders come over from seven platforms, including Etsy, and Square sales show up on their own once Square is connected.
Broidry was built by a working embroiderer who ran her own shop across scattered message threads and wanted one system that fit how small embroidery businesses actually take orders.
Broidry has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans run $19, $39, and $79 a month.
