Bringme is a Belgian technology company that automates the processes that take place at the entrance of offices and residential buildings. Its products handle everything that enters or leaves a building, including visitors, deliveries, and access, so that organizations and residents save time and stay secure. For offices, Bringme offers the Bringme Digital Reception: an all-in-one solution that automates traditional, time-consuming front-desk tasks and can run fully unmanned or partly staffed, 24/7. It combines several products: Bringme Desk for visitor registration, Bringme Bell for access control at the door, and the Bringme Box for automated parcel and delivery management, alongside employee availability, time registration, and incident reporting. Bringme states that its Digital Reception can reduce reception costs by up to 90%. More than 1,500 companies, including Samsung, Nike, HP, Douwe Egberts, and Fluvius, use a Bringme Digital Reception. For residential buildings, Bringme provides the Digital Concierge, an award-winning solution that gives residents smart services ranging from parcel management and access control to home control. Bringme was founded by CEO Jo Vandebergh, whose idea for a smart parcel mailbox in 2006 led to the first Bringme Box being installed in 2012 in the Balk van Beel building in Leuven. The company introduced its first office Bringme Box in a pilot in 2015 and now offers its products across Europe. Bringme integrates with existing systems such as access control, Microsoft Teams, and payroll administration via API. The company is ISO 27001-certified and compliant with NIS2 and GDPR.
