Briefly is AI software for wealth advisors. Each advisor gets an analyst who knows their whole book, and every meeting is prepped before anyone asks, covering what changed since the last conversation and how the portfolio did. Once Orion is linked, Briefly also watches the book for idle cash, drift, RMDs still to take and CDs coming due. When a meeting ends, the recap email and to-dos are already drafted, and prospect analyses and each client's market brief come from the same client record. Every line links to its source. If one advisor corrects a fact, the whole team's next brief follows the fix. Advisors sign in from a browser and link Salesforce and Outlook in a few minutes, with nothing for IT to install. Tasks reach Salesforce only after an advisor approves them, and the advisor makes every decision and every recommendation. Client data stays in a private AWS environment for each firm, and the AI models that read it run on zero-retention terms and never train on it. The web app is $150 per advisor seat per month. Everyone on the team with a seat gets the full app, so they can say yes to new clients without falling behind on the ones they have.
