The customer service really stands out compared to competitors, with Basil and Saleem being very quick to respond, taking feedback and implementing new changes, even if they are specific to our clients. Breezing simplifies the ingestion of on-chain data, classifications, and tax lot calculations. The team, being accountants themselves, has built the product based on the problems they've experienced, which adds a lot of value. Furthermore, the initial setup is always very simple, and the customer service is a strong point, with Basil and his team ready to provide any needed support to reduce the lift from our side.
