BrassWell is accounting and tax software for one-person businesses: freelancers, contractors, consultants and other self-employed owners. Every time a client pays, it works out what to set aside for self-employment and income tax on the 2026 federal brackets plus the state rate, and turns it into a quarterly estimated payment with a reminder before each due date. It also tracks business income and expenses (by hand, CSV import, receipt scanning or a bank connection), logs business miles, tracks billable time, and sends invoices with the owner's own payment link.
