My two favourite features are the asstes folder and the templates. The asset folder and the robust serch functions make previously difficult and time consuming tasks now easy and efficient. Whether you're looking for a specific image in a specific location, or a video that tells a story from a particular period in your company, the platform helps you search through thousands of assets and find just exctly what you're looking for! The template feature is als great. Say goodbye to the days of last minute flyers for an event and welcome your new "Canva" designed just for your company! My team has been able to create as many as 5 unique templates for a large variety of creative collateral, from banners, to flyers, to posters, to brochures, etc. Whatever teams need to sell the insititution, there's a template for it. This has really helped reduced the pressure of last minute design tasks and my team is able to focus on big ticket creative work. We're also able to ensure that all visual representations of the institutions are "on brand" every time, whether we're there or not. That's such a relief!

Brandworkz implemented local support to help with the time zone difference. I also really like the product portal which was introduced with the last upgrade which allows admin users like myself to make suggestions regarding platform improvements which will support our business model and users needs more closely. The logo finder has revolutionsed the way our users ask for logos. They are now able to use this function to find the logo they need, in the colour space and format they require without having to know technical design jargon. It is a winner and our users love it!
