Brandmerch is a merchandise operations platform for companies running an ongoing
branded merchandise program — sourcing products, running branded storefronts,
holding inventory, and shipping to recipients from one system.
Unlike platforms that broker third-party suppliers and warehouses, Brandmerch is
vertically integrated: it sources the product, decorates it, holds it in its own
stockroom and ships it. That affects product quality, cost, lead time and
inventory accuracy.
Sourcing generates photorealistic mockups from an uploaded logo with no designer
required, matches Pantone colors through to the decoration facility, and quotes
all-inclusive pricing covering product, decoration, setup and shipping.
Storefronts come in five modes: a company merch store with budgets and approvals
built in, an interactive gift catalog, a temporary event pop-up, a pre-order
campaign that collects orders before production, and internal wholesale ordering.
They are built without code, handle sales tax and VAT automatically, and connect
directly to inventory so an order either draws from held stock or triggers
production.
Fulfillment stores goods from any supplier — not only products purchased through
the platform — with SKU-level tracking, kitting from defined recipes with
per-component stock visibility, and support for customer-owned UPS, FedEx and
USPS accounts.
Governance controls include budget caps enforced at checkout, approval routing by
order value and by brand asset, and a constrained catalog that limits what can be
ordered. A REST API creates sends programmatically and emits delivery webhooks.
Best suited to organizations where more than one team orders merchandise,
inventory sits in more than one location, and brand consistency matters.
