Oprivia is a Swiss web-based B2B platform for structured post-booking operations in hospitality. It complements existing property management and booking systems by connecting guest registration, guest-related cases, operational tasks and service-partner assignments with clear responsibilities, status, evidence and documented completion in one shared operating record. Role- and context-based access separates guest, host, operator and governance responsibilities. Oprivia is designed for professional hosts, serviced and business apartments, multi-unit operators, property managers and their service partners. It does not manage reservations, rates, availability or channel distribution and is not a PMS, booking engine or channel manager. Initial deployments are limited to an agreed operational scope.
