Out of all of the CRM systems that I have used, I feel that BPA CRM is one of the best tools because it is way faster than Salesforce and provides better dashboards that are in real time.

And you can do that yourself without developers as the complete system has been designed to be configured by NON-technical people. Out of the box, you get all stuff you need for account-, contact-, opportunity-, campaign- and e-mail-management. Additionally, you get a cool set of tools to build reports, charts, data entry forms and more. Not to forget that you have built-in abilities to merge SharePoint data into MS WORD or MS Excel and also a cool integration for outlook, which helps you send Outlook objects back to your BPA system. As everything based on SharePoint, typical SharePoint users will understand pretty easy how to configure and enhance the system and due to the enhancements of the BPA xRM framework, you get rid of almost all things that suck with SharePoint, including the awkward UI.
