Bouzon Digital is a Spanish software studio for hospitality and small retail. It puts into one account what a restaurant usually splits across four vendors: a cloud POS with Verifactu fiscal invoicing built in, online bookings with a digital waiting list, online ordering and takeaway, stock control with recipe costing and real cost per dish, order-and-pay at the table by QR, Google review management, professional email on the venue's own domain, and the bilingual website that ties it together.
Two structural differences. First, 0% commission on bookings and orders — the fee is flat, and the venue keeps its data and the relationship with its guest. Second, no proprietary hardware. The POS runs on an ordinary tablet or PC and prints to any 80 mm ESC/POS printer over network, USB or Bluetooth, so there is no locked-in terminal and no long-term lease.
Every module is bought separately and with no lock-in: the POS is sold on its own and never requires a website from us. Setup — menu, printers, Verifactu with the venue's own certificate and training — is included in the fee and run by the same team that builds the software.
