Boty Reserve is appointment scheduling software offering a branded booking page where clients book using their name and phone number — no account, no app download. It operates independently from marketplace directories, so the client relationship stays with the business. Staff record bookings by dictating a sentence; the AI drafts the appointment for review and asks for clarification when details are incomplete — it never changes the calendar without approval. Double bookings are prevented at the database level. Features include automatic reminders, recurring appointments, a waiting list, client records with attendance history, and monthly reports. Class-based businesses can publish group classes with capped places and sell class passes. Personal calendars sync read-only via iCal. Reserve does not process client payments or deposits and does not bring in new clients: it is built for businesses whose clientele already knows them.
