There are always here for anything we need, the app is great and my life is more easy with them :) Using it every day all day long and their integration to my hubspot CRM is great A lot of great things to do with, but in the same time very simple to use Great Support team !

Implementation goes as easy as it can be. Same applies to CRM integrations. The User Interface is simple without much ado. No wasted time trying to find the most used options. Talking about the Hubspot integration, there's no competitor. No blocked features by tier, no errors trying to connect it, easy automations configuration... tried several other Whatsapp services and this was the main deal breaker. You get 5 seats for the Starter plan, 25 for Pro and unlimited in Business. All three plans have round robin assignment and all automation features unlocked with unlimited workflows. This means you only have to upgrade plans when your business grows and not when you lack a feature that's essential for your messaging operations. Customer support is great, always willing to help you quickly and amicably.
