Complaint Regarding Unresolved Lost and Damaged Property I am submitting this complaint regarding Borro/Luxury Asset Capital after more than six months without reimbursement for property that was lost and/or damaged during the return-shipping process following repayment of my loan. I had been a Borro customer for approximately five years and previously had positive experiences with the company. After my loan was paid, valuable property was shipped back to me. Some of the property was lost and/or damaged during the return-shipping process. I am providing photographs showing the actual condition in which one of the packages arrived. The photographs show substantial damage to the shipping carton, including a large opening with the contents exposed. I promptly reported the problems and provided information concerning the lost and damaged items. I have subsequently communicated repeatedly with representatives of Borro/Luxury Asset Capital and have been informed that claims were submitted or resubmitted to FedEx and were being pursued. Despite these communications, more than six months have passed and I have not received reimbursement for my lost and damaged property. I understand that shipping problems can occur. My complaint concerns the length of time this matter has remained unresolved and the fact that I continue to bear the financial loss associated with property lost or damaged during the return-shipping process. Requested Resolution: I am requesting that Borro/Luxury Asset Capital promptly resolve the outstanding matter and reimburse me for my documented lost and damaged property. I am prepared to provide photographs, correspondence, shipping information, claim information, and other documentation supporting my complaint.
