Maintivo is a job sheet and report app for UK sole traders and small service firms, from one engineer up to an owner with five engineers. The engineer fills in the job on site on an iPhone, or in the web app on Android, a tablet or a computer: customer and site, findings item by item, readings, photos, and the engineer's and the customer's signatures. A clean PDF with the firm's logo and details is ready to send before they leave. Ready-made forms include a general job sheet, the Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12), boiler service, F-Gas leak checks with the CO2e and next check date worked out, air conditioning, chiller, fan coil, MVHR and HIU commissioning, or build your own form. The iPhone app works with no signal. The owner sees every report while engineers see only their own jobs, with an equipment register, reminders, client import and export, and an optional invoicing add-on.
