Terminz is a booking and point-of-sale system for service businesses whose day is built from appointments: hair and beauty salons, nail studios, massage and wellness, dental and medical practices, workshops and law firms in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Customers book around the clock on the business's own booking page. Availability is computed from staff rotas, service duration and resource capacity, so double bookings cannot occur. The shared team calendar runs day, week, month and agenda views with drag-and-drop rescheduling. The point of sale is where Terminz differs from most booking tools. German law requires every electronic cash register to run a certified technical security device (TSE) under the Kassensicherungsverordnung. With Terminz the TSE is included in the point-of-sale plan rather than sold as an add-on or tied to a hardware rental. Receipts, end-of-day close, refunds, vouchers, DSFinV-K export for tax audits and DATEV export for the accountant are covered. Card payments run through Stripe Terminal. Rotas, absence approval, time tracking, per-employee commission, customer records with history and spend, review requests and email marketing sit in the same system. The data import auto-detects the export formats of Shore, Treatwell, Fresha, Timify and SimplyBook. There is no commission per booking, no setup fee, and a 30-day trial. Development, hosting and data storage all take place in Germany.
