BookNoFees is a booking platform for vacation rentals built around one rule: the owner keeps what the owner asks for. Listing a property costs nothing, there is no commission on bookings, and there is no exclusivity. The same home can stay on other portals, and calendar sync closes dates in both directions so a week sold elsewhere is not sold twice. Owners keep control of their rates, their availability and their guest communication. Guests see a single price and nothing is added at checkout. The 3.9 percent payment contribution is already inside the price shown; it pays for card and bank processing and for handling refunds, and BookNoFees earns nothing from it. Money is held until after check-in, which protects the guest against a home that is not there and the owner against a guest who does not pay.
