BookingForNow is online booking and scheduling software for appointment-based businesses: hair salons, barbershops, beauty and nail studios, physiotherapists, personal trainers, pilates and yoga studios, tattoo artists, psychologists, massage therapists, podiatrists and repair shops. Each business gets its own booking page with its own link, in 10 languages. Clients see real availability and book at any time without downloading an app or creating an account. If they leave an email, they get the confirmation with a private link to reschedule or cancel within the business's policy.
Businesses manage per-staff calendars, client records with history, per-client session packs (picked when the appointment is booked in the calendar), time blocking and team roles. They can import and export clients via CSV, share their page with a QR code, a button or an iframe, subscribe to the calendar from Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple (iCal), and send one-click manual WhatsApp reminders.
There is no per-booking commission on any plan. The Free plan (€0) covers 1 staff member, 2 users, up to 50 clients, 1 location and online booking, with a "Bookings powered by BookingForNow" line on the booking page, but no automatic reminders. Starter (€29/month or €290/year) adds automatic email reminders, up to 3 staff and unlimited clients, and removes the branding. Pro (€79/month or €790/year) has unlimited staff and locations. There is a 14-day free trial with no card. Prices are in euros. The database is hosted in Frankfurt (EU).
Not included: SMS, automated WhatsApp, online payment at booking (clients pay at the venue), a client marketplace, a native app, POS or invoicing.
