BOLT XLR is job management software for restoration contractors. It shows the profit on every job, so you can see which work is making money and which is not. Technicians clock in and out on the BOLT XLR mobile app for iOS and Android. Their hours are costed at each person's pay rate, with overtime split out, and roll into the job's labor cost. Crews scan equipment QR codes to load equipment onto a van and to return it, and each piece placed on a job shows on that job. Photos, videos, PDFs, and Office documents are captured in the field and attached to the job record. Assigned jobs stay on the device, so crews can clock in and out, update jobs and tasks, and record moisture readings without a signal; those changes sync when the connection returns. BOLT XLR also handles quotes, invoicing, and moisture and drying documentation, and your team can take card payments on invoices through Stripe.
