BoldLabels is label design and printing software for small businesses, makers, e-commerce sellers and warehouses. It prints professional labels on A4 label sheets (Avery L7160, L7163, L7651 and edge-to-edge sheets) with an ordinary office printer, so teams do not need a dedicated label printer.
Two ways to create: a classic editor precise to a tenth of a millimetre (text, images, QR codes, 7 barcode types including EAN-13, Code 128 and DataMatrix, pictograms, layers, snapping), and Morph, an AI designer that turns one sentence into three label designs, reviews the printed render and fixes anything that overflows.
Import an Excel or CSV file (product lists, inventory, shipping addresses) to produce one label per row, with a quantity column, exclusion filters and a row-by-row preview, then download a print-ready vector PDF. Common uses: product and price labels with EAN barcodes, shipping and parcel labels, inventory and storage labels, food labelling, event badges. Free plan available; paid plans add templates, daily PDFs and AI requests. Runs in the browser and as a desktop app for Windows and Linux.
