I wake up to emails from my investors wanting more info on a property that was sent to them in the daily deals email. I can verify the comps and send it directly to them through the app. It has been a game-changer for my business. 10/10!

What I like best about Bold Street is that you're able to utilize this platform to put yourself in contact with other investors. On top of that, the great thing about this platform is the fact that you can underwrite properties and see the value and appreciation over time. This minimizes a lot of the work that Agent has to do.
