Inboxful is a cloud-based customer service CRM for teams working in Arabic and English. It brings WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram conversations, customer records, service requests and callbacks into one workspace. Social comment handling is supported, subject to the permissions granted to each connected account.
Each conversation has one responsible agent. Teams can review customer history, add internal notes, label conversations and follow service requests through the responsible department. Managers can monitor service activity and export reports to Excel or CSV. The responsive interface works in desktop, tablet and mobile browsers and supports Arabic right-to-left layouts.
Professional and Contact Center add queues, routing rules, workflows, a knowledge base, quality reviews and customer surveys. The AI Agent summarises conversations and drafts replies for a person to review and send. The separate Chatbot uses approved knowledge-base answers, with administrator-enabled matching automatic replies until the team responds. Read-only ERP lookups are configured against the customer's available APIs and agreed field mapping.
Contact Center includes a Grandstream UCM hotline connector after a site survey and acceptance calls. The in-app phone supports answering, transferring and placing calls; it is configured, with site trial calls required.
Inboxful is sold as a subscription with included users and connected accounts. Every plan includes unlimited messages, conversations and customers without an Inboxful per-message charge. Meta WhatsApp charges and Cloudflare usage beyond included allowances are separate. Channel activation depends on each customer's accounts, permissions and connection testing.
