Luit is the AI operating system for construction companies, made by Boat Brothers in Guwahati, India.
Finding tenders: ask Luit AI the way you would ask a colleague, "road work in Kamrup above ₹1 crore closing this month". It searches official portals (state GePNIC portals, CPPP and GeM), lists current tenders newest first with value, EMD and closing date, and, on supported portals, downloads the original notice, bid document and BOQ to the tender in one click. Tenders won outside the portals can be added by hand, from the work order.
Bidding: the Tender Desk keeps key dates, documents to submit, EMD and security deposits in one place, with reminders before bids close and open.
Running the work: won tenders become projects with sites, BOQs, extra items, bills and payments, parties with GST, stores (stock, goods in and out, material requests) and people (employees, leave and attendance).
On site: the Luit Field Android app gives site managers geofenced attendance, delivery and progress photos stamped with GPS and time, and extra-item requests. Photos taken where there is no network are kept on the phone and upload by themselves when the network returns.
Each company runs on its own database with role-based access, and every record shows who created it. Luit AI is built on Google Gemini and reads only public tender notices.
