BnB Console gives independent short-term-rental hosts their own commission-free booking website and the tools to run it. Every property gets a booking page where guests pick dates and book, at our address or on the host's own domain, plus a widget for an existing site. Airbnb and Vrbo stays arrive through their calendar feeds, so one calendar holds every booking. Prices adjust by rules the host can read: seasons, weekends, gap nights and last-minute changes, with a floor and a ceiling. Guests pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the host's own Stripe account, with a deposit at booking and the balance charged before arrival. Confirmation, house rules, the arrival guide and a review request go out on schedule, and guest replies land in one conversation per stay. Free plan: unlimited properties, with a 2% fee on direct bookings only. Pro: $29/month for 2 properties, with no booking fee, adding AI assistance, booking approval and recording cash payments.
