Blync is a free AI invoicing tool for freelancers and small businesses. Describe the job in one sentence, for example "Logo design for Acme, 1,200 AED, due in 15 days", and Blync drafts a complete invoice with the right tax for your country.
Blync knows the tax rates, tax ID formats and required invoice fields for more than 50 countries, including UAE VAT, UK VAT, India GST and US state sales tax. You can edit invoices by chatting ("make it net 15", "add a 10% discount").
Clients get a PDF and a simple page where they can mark the invoice paid and attach proof. Blync sends polite reminders 3, 14 and 30 days after the due date until the invoice is paid, on a schedule you control. Quotes that clients accept online turn into invoices without retyping, and a dashboard shows outstanding, overdue and paid amounts with P&L and cash flow.
