FreeFoodLabels.com is a nutrition labeling and recipe costing tool for small food manufacturers, bakeries, chocolatiers, caterers and startup brands. You can create nutrition labels for free, with no subscription and no trial period.
Behind the label is a full product-development workspace. Build a database of your own recipes, run nutritional analysis on them, and see exactly what each batch and each unit costs to make. Add custom ingredients and nutrients when a supplier’s spec sheet doesn’t match a standard database entry. Allergens are detected automatically from your ingredients and tracked through every recipe that uses them. Loss and yield handling accounts for processing and moisture loss, so your nutrition and cost numbers match what actually comes out of production.
Recipes can be used as ingredients in other recipes. A caramel, a dough or a spice blend is built once and then reused everywhere it appears, with its nutrition, cost and allergens carried along. Assemblies handle everything after the recipe, and they nest too. You can wrap a bar, box it and label it, then pack those into a display and the displays into a master case. Each level carries its packaging costs, so your Bill of Materials is complete down to the last sticker. Product costing includes broker and distributor fees, so you know your real margin before you quote a price.
Your data is private by default. No other user can see your recipes, custom ingredients or costs. When you do want to share, for example with a co-packer, a buyer or a business partner, you can create a link to a specific recipe or Bill of Materials. You decide what’s shared and with whom.
