DBVault is a secure, read-only platform for archiving, searching, and reporting on ERP and other business data after a source system is retired. For ERP archival, DBVault preserves historical records with their relationships intact, including transactions and line-level detail, GL impact, customers, vendors, items, accounts, subsidiaries, accounting books, File Cabinet attachments, and custom records. Structured data from other systems can also be loaded through CSV, allowing organizations to centralize historical information from legacy applications alongside ERP data. DBVault includes historical financial reporting such as trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, general ledger, transaction journal, and P&L reporting by dimensions including subsidiary, department, class, location, period, and accounting book. Access is controlled through named users and role-based restriction profiles. Permissions can be applied by archive, record type, subsidiary, and File Cabinet folder, with login and download activity logged for auditability. DBVault supports: - Oracle NetSuite, with data extracted through AcroXtract offered by Blueacrobat - SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including historical financial data by company code and fiscal year - Other legacy systems, through structured CSV import DBVault is designed for ERP decommissioning, system migration, audit retention, historical financial reporting, and long-term access to business data.
