Nexen: Comunicaciones unificadas
Nexen is a unified communications platform (omnichannel inbox) for small and medium-sized businesses. It brings WhatsApp Business, email, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, web chat and VoIP telephony into a single shared inbox, so teams can manage all customer conversations from one place.
The platform includes unlimited agents on every plan, conversation assignment and tracking, and an AI layer that drafts replies, triages and summarizes conversations and, on higher plans, resolves conversations automatically through a bot. Business telephony is provided through new Spanish geographic numbers, with minutes included in the plan.
Pricing is based on monthly conversation volume rather than per agent. Nexen is operated by Blue Community SL (Spain) and is available in Spanish, English and Catalan.
