Blue is not a typical project management platform. Instead, I see it as a business process management platform that lets you design systems around the way an organization actually operates. It’s flexible enough to customize around almost any business workflow that requires keeping records structured, organized, and easily accessible. Its combination of built-in automation, email-to-record capabilities, custom data fields, and deeply integrated AI makes it possible to take unstructured incoming information and turn it into organized, actionable records with little to no manual effort. The way AI is being infused throughout Blue is unlike anything I’ve experienced in another platform. It doesn’t feel bolted on as a separate feature; it feels woven into how the platform actually works. For example, you can create AI fields that automatically populate based on your own custom prompts and data contained in other fields. Combined with Blue’s automation capabilities, this opens up some extremely powerful possibilities for designing intelligent business workflows. That flexibility is what makes Blue stand out for me. I can build processes around how an organization actually operates rather than trying to force those processes into a conventional project-management framework. Blue provides excellent value for the price. What I am paying for is not simply a project management tool, but a flexible business process management platform. Blue can replace several separate tools that would otherwise need to be purchased, connected, and maintained independently. The value becomes even stronger as you build more of your business processes inside the platform. Instead of paying for a collection of disconnected applications, Blue gives me a centralized system that can be adapted to many different operational needs. Considering the capabilities, continued development, and increasing integration of AI, I feel the pricing is very reasonable for the amount of functionality and flexibility Blue provides.
