I have three things in no paticular order. Ease of use and implementation, its pretty easy to figure out most areas without too much difficulty. The difficult part comes when you need to remember what you did last time for whatever youre working on. The ability to have a one stop shop for all things safety and customization of the tools for your policies and programs. Its is acutally pretty fun to think outside the box of ways you can accomplish what you are trying to do. The customer support for me has been outstanding. Parc is my guy for all things BLR and whether I am having a issue or I think something may work better if we adjusted this or that, he is always there to help. I have gotten on zoom calls multiple times with him to explain best practices or how a tool works.
