Bloompath is software for florists: flower shops with counter trade, wedding and event florists, and studios doing corporate work, from one person to a team. It is one web app for the whole business.
Recipes and pricing. Build an arrangement once (stems, counts, colours) and price it to the stem with wastage, labour and VAT. The same recipe is reused in orders, events and proposals. When a material's price moves, every booked order that uses it is flagged by name, while there is still time to talk to the client or swap a stem.
Counter sales. A register screen for walk-in trade, on a phone or at the counter. It connects to the cash register and card terminal you already use, and the day closes against the Z-report.
Events and calendar. Weddings, corporate events and installations, each with its client, priced recipes, schedule and pull list, on one team calendar.
Proposals. A priced event becomes a proposal at a private link. The client accepts by typing their name. Your costs and margin stay in the studio.
Invoicing and purchasing. Invoices through Oblio and SmartBill (Romania), Pennylane (France), Lexware Office (Germany), Stripe or the invoicing program you already use, or sent directly as a Romanian e-Factura. Supplier invoice lines are matched to your materials and update stock and prices.
Online shop. A recipe becomes a product that sells online with your price, stock and lead time, through the shop you already have or a site we build for you.
Notifications reach you on your phone and by email: an accepted proposal, low stock, an event coming up.
A library of around 15,000 materials with reference prices for Romania, the UK and Germany is included. Hosted in the EU, in English, Romanian, French, German, Polish and Dutch. €90 per month for the whole team, billed by invoice.
