Each role runs a written procedure a manager can edit, with a fixed set of tools and named rules for when it hands work to a person. It works inside the tools your team already uses, with no rip-and-replace. It reads files in Google Drive and the Notion pages you choose to share, as the person asking, and an administrator can add other company tools through an MCP server. At the front desk it answers calls by voice. Every seat has one named human owner who approves the exceptions, and every step is recorded in an audit log.
