Workforce Core is scheduling, timekeeping and time and attendance for home care agencies. It takes a manager from a blank week to a published schedule, then from clock ins to a payroll ready CSV, without the manual tallying in between. Build the week in minutes by dragging shifts onto a visual weekly grid, copying recurring patterns, and publishing when the week is ready. Conflict warnings catch double bookings, and overtime warnings appear while you are still building rather than after payroll has run, so you can still move the shift. Published shifts go to each caregiver to accept or decline, so you see what is confirmed instead of treating silence as a yes. Staff clock in and out from their own phones. Managers review and approve the time, correcting missed punches before anything moves on. Regular, overtime and holiday totals are calculated for you, then export as a clean CSV you can use to fill in time cards or run payroll. Location is captured only at the moment someone clocks in, clocks out, or checks in, and never in between. There is no background tracking, and check in features can be turned on or off by department or by employee. Department templates set sensible defaults, so office staff, scheduled caregivers, field workers and as needed staff can each work the way they need to without a long setup.
