Workforce Core is scheduling, timekeeping and time and attendance for home care agencies. It takes a manager from a blank week to a published schedule, then from clock ins to a payroll ready CSV, without the manual tallying in between. Build the week in minutes by dragging shifts onto a visual weekly grid, copying recurring patterns, and publishing when the week is ready. Conflict warnings catch double bookings, and overtime warnings appear while you are still building rather than after payroll has run, so you can still move the shift. Published shifts go to each caregiver to accept or decline, so you see what is confirmed instead of treating silence as a yes. Staff clock in and out from their own phones. Managers review and approve the time, correcting missed punches before anything moves on. Regular, overtime and holiday totals are calculated for you, then export as a clean CSV you can use to fill in time cards or run payroll. Location is captured only at the moment someone clocks in, clocks out, or checks in, and never in between. There is no background tracking, and check in features can be turned on or off by department or by employee. Department templates set sensible defaults, so office staff, scheduled caregivers, field workers and as needed staff can each work the way they need to without a long setup. Tasker is task management for the work around the schedule. Filling shifts is the visible half of running an agency. Tasker handles the other half: the recruiting follow up, the certification about to expire, the authorization that needs checking, the invoice nobody chased. Overdue never merges into today. Open work sorts into five groups, and overdue renders first, on its own, with the number of days each item has been sitting. Then today, tomorrow, upcoming, and a separate group for work with no date yet. Work without a deadline is allowed to stay undated, because forcing a due date onto everything produces invented dates, and then the age of an item stops meaning anything. What is included: tasks with an owner, due date, priority and description. List view and board view with columns you name. Projects. Recurring work on your own schedule. Full text search. Comments, mentions and watchers. Labels and categories that stay consistent so reporting compares. Required fields per client. A tasks tab in the employee app. Change history and CSV export. Client reporting. If you deliver work to clients who want to see it, Tasker turns a period into a report they can sign. A weekly report covers the week that has just closed, on that client's own billing week and in their own timezone. Your client opens a private link, reads that one period, and accepts or accepts with remarks. No signup and no password. Once acknowledged the report is frozen, so a report signed in August reads the same way in November. What it deliberately is not. No screenshots and no keystroke logging. No productivity scores, no tasks per hour, and no ranking applied to a person. No location tracking. It is not a project management suite, so there are no Gantt charts, portfolios or goal frameworks. Field Hub is a lightweight field check in tool for teams on the move. It answers one question well: who went where, who did they talk to, and what happened. A check in takes seconds. The employee taps check in, and the app records the GPS location and time. They pick the business or location from nearby saved matches, or add a new one. They choose the contact they spoke with, add notes, and submit. Known names, addresses and contact details fill in automatically on repeat visits. Managers get the full picture. Review and filter every check in by employee, date range, or business and location. Manage saved businesses, locations and the contacts tied to them. Control access by department, job role or individual employee. Export field activity to CSV. Set the GPS match radius, which defaults to 500 meters. It is deliberately narrow. No background location tracking, because GPS is captured only at the moment an employee chooses to check in and never silently in between. No turn by turn navigation. No deal stages, campaigns, automations or lead tracking. It stays a field record, not a CRM. Field Hub runs on its own, or alongside BKNeXchange Workforce Core at a lower add on rate. Workforce Verify is work and activity monitoring software for virtual assistant businesses and companies with remote employees, built around their clients' privacy. Most monitoring tools prove hours with screenshots, which copy client files, account details and patient records to a third party. Workforce Verify takes no screenshots, ever. People sign in with Windows Hello. A camera check counts how many people are at the desk and keeps only the count, never an image. It checks that the pointer moves like a hand, that typing has a human rhythm and that the computer does not mark the input as software generated, so mouse jigglers and auto typers stand out. It counts key presses and movement, never which keys or what was typed. Anything unusual becomes a moment for a manager to accept, adjust or dispute. Breaks are pressed by the worker and never flagged. Managers get a daily view per person and an end of week report they can save as a PDF. Each work session can be tagged to a client, and with BKNeXchange Tasker each period can close with a report the client signs, showing the hours verified.
