Before, I had to send out multiple messages and wait for people to get back to me to get that kind of information. Now, I can walk into meetings with stakeholders and have a real-time picture of where everything is, which has completely changed the way we have those conversations. What I appreciate most about Bizagi is how well it scales. Whether we're planning a small community event or a huge corporate conference, the system can handle it. I can build templates for different types of events and adapt them as needed, without having to start from scratch every time.
