I really appreciate the ease of user login with Bites, where there's no need for a long process of clicks to get to the content; it gets delivered in just one click. I also like the AI video enhancements such as subtitles with translations and summary cards. The translation quality to Indonesian and Thai is relatively good and serves my target audience well. The content management is more video-based rather than SCORM, which I find beneficial. Additionally, the initial setup of Bites was very easy, just a matter of loading users.

I use Bites for bridging the gap between front edge employees, addressing cultural and language barriers, and ensuring accessibility. I really like how simple, easy, problem-solving, and innovative the platform is. I find features like the language subtitles, voiceover, takeaways, and comments particularly valuable.
