Bineyetna is building management software for residential buildings in Lebanon. The building admin or committee runs the building's money in one app: monthly dues, generator and water bills split by meter, by ampere or equally, expenses with a photo of the receipt, and the building's cash. Each month the bills build themselves from the readings and invoices already in; the admin checks one total and sends, and every apartment gets its own itemized bill on their phone. Residents see where the money goes: every cost with its receipt, every meter reading with its photo. A payment can never be edited, only corrected, and every change stays in the history. Residents keep paying the way they already do (cash, a transfer, or a collector at the door); money never passes through Bineyetna.
