Reading employee data was never going to be enough for us. Parts of our workflow have to push data back into the source HR system. That changed the evaluation quite a bit, because plenty of integration products are fine on reads and get much harder the moment you need the other direction.

The documentation covers a lot and is easy to read and understand. Their testing environment is great. They also provide strong support for issues and questions during onshore hours. The deployment process is very simple and can be done independently.

Enterprise tool for reliable integrations
Developer experience is better than most enterprise software I've used. Docs are clear, SDKs actually work. When I email support I get someone who undestands the question instead of a canned reply with a ticket number. Sounds like a small thing but it saves us a lot of back and forth.
