We use Binary to collect application profiles, auto-filter candidates using its AI, and reach out to candidates to schedule interviews. The AI filtering saves us a ton of manual screening time, and the scheduling flow means we're not bouncing between tools to coordinate interview slots. On top of that, it's genuinely easy to use - the UX is clean and simple, so onboarding new team members takes almost no time.
