BillyBot is an AI operator for UK flooring businesses. It runs the office side of the business, from the first enquiry to the final invoice.
It connects to Gmail or Outlook, reads incoming customer enquiries, creates the job and drafts the reply in the owner's own writing style. Describe a job by voice note, text or forwarded email and BillyBot builds a full quote on the business's own supplier prices and markups, with the cutting plan behind it — accounting for roll widths, pattern matching and seam placement. It takes off floor plans, PDF drawings and tender schedules and prices them on the business's own rates, flagging anything that needs checking. Accepted quotes become invoices in Xero, Sage or QuickBooks on the owner's confirmation, or branded PDFs. It also runs the diary and fitter scheduling, chases quotes that have gone quiet, captures receipts for Making Tax Digital, and drafts job-specific RAMS and COSHH documents for the owner to issue.
Nothing reaches a customer or the accounts without the owner's approval. Unlimited fitters are free — every fitter gets the full iPhone and Android app with their bookings, job sheets and RAMS to sign.
