SendMLS is MLS offer software for real estate wholesalers and volume investors who send a lot of offers on listed properties. Type in an MLS address and SendMLS pulls the owner, parcel, legal description and listing agent, then fills in your state's approved purchase contract (for example the FAR/BAR AS IS in Florida or the TREC 1-4 Family in Texas). Add your price, and the finished contract goes out from your own Gmail, so it lands in the listing agent's inbox as a real offer instead of a letter of intent they delete. You see who opened the offer and who is ignoring you, every offer sits in one pipeline with reminders, and there is no limit on how many you send.
