BidTorch is quoting and field-operations software for residential trade contractors — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation, roofing, remodeling, landscaping and more. It turns a site visit into a signed estimate in minutes: AI drafts the bid from the contractor's own price book and presents multi-tier good/better/best options under the contractor's own branding. When a quote goes quiet, BidTorch drafts the follow-up from that quote's details for the contractor to review and send. Quotes are e-signed with a deposit collected in-line through the contractor's own Stripe or Square account, then convert straight into jobs, change orders, progress invoices, maintenance plans and inventory — all from one login. It connects to QuickBooks Online, Stripe and Square. Pricing is flat per plan with no per-seat fees.
