BidGroove helps roofers and residential contractors prepare and present customer proposals. Contractors bring their measurements, scope, photos and pricing, then create an offer with package choices and optional upgrades. Proposals can be shared online or as PDFs. Customers can review an online proposal without creating an account and verify their email to complete electronic acceptance. Reusable templates and catalog items support repeat work, and revisions keep changing offers organized while accepted proposals remain unchanged. Roofing calculations use contractor-provided measurements, waste settings, rounding and package rates. BidGroove focuses on proposals; it does not generate roof measurements or provide crew scheduling or invoicing.
