What is BeZoned?
BeZoned is an online office solution for Microsoft Teams. It brings distributed teams together as if they were working in the same physical office. Companies and teams that are fully remote, hybrid, or spread across multiple office locations are familiar with these problems: • Everyone is at work, but you don’t really know who’s around. • You need a quick answer, but don’t know if the person is available. • The need for meetings and structure keeps increasing. • Minor issues are not aligned and turn into bigger problems • Those small natural, spontaneous moments of social interaction just don’t happen anymore. That’s exactly what BeZoned solves. It is an online office that provides a clear overview of who’s at work, and where they are. And it enables natural conversations and interactions throughout the day. Getting started with BeZoned is FREE and straightforward because it mirrors the physical office and is built directly on Microsoft Teams. This makes onboarding easy, so your team can come together in the online office in no time.
