Our team has found BetterMe for Business to be a versatile and useful tool. We have received a lot of positive feedback from the team:) Different team members use it in various ways: some enjoy the calorie calculator and short training videos, while others focus on breathing techniques (my personal favorite) or microlearning modules on mental health, communication, and stress management. We’ve also used the water and step trackers during our internal sports marathons, which added a fun and engaging element for the team.
