The best thing I like about BBB is it brings the business and the customers closer to solving their concerns and grievances; this platform helps the company to resolve the customer's complaints and keep them happy. When the customers are happy, it will have an adverse impact on the business, and its selling performance.

The best and only feature that we really use for the BBB is their ability to let users respond to any inquiries or complaints from customers. They give you a window to respond in and vet all responses before being posted.
