I like that Beta Testing has a niche market for product managers. I also appreciate the manual mode, where I can accept or decline participants based on their answers, which is great for evaluating who is relevant for our business case. I don't trust a machine to make these decisions automatically in a niche market, but it's useful in the pre-selection phase.

I really like Beta Testing for its very easy-to-follow instructions and very helpful task steps. The customer service is great too, as they always respond with answers to questions.
