Qualis ERP is an online manufacturing ERP for small and mid-sized manufacturers: sales, purchasing, inventory, production, quality, maintenance and invoicing in one system, in English and French. Free to start. It is built for plants with 10 to 250 people that make to stock or to order. A sales order creates its manufacturing order without re-entry. On release the MO freezes the BOM and routing, checks components and creates one work order per operation, and the Shop Floor screen gives each work center its queue, where operators clock time and report quantities and scrap. Quality is wired into the stock flow: every receipt of a tracked item is inspected, a rejected lot goes to quarantine, and a quarantined or expired lot can be neither shipped nor consumed. Non-conformances open a linked CAPA with 5 Whys or Ishikawa. The built-in CMMS issues spare parts from real stock and reports MTTR, MTBF and availability. Pricing: Qualis Start is free for life (inventory and lots, unlimited users). Qualis Complete is EUR 25 per office seat and EUR 9 per operator seat per month, no setup fee.
