BeornNotes

BeornSoft, LLC makes BeornNotes — a records system for organizations that have to remember everything about the same people or items for years, and prove nobody quietly changed the record. Every edit keeps the old value as well as the new, with who made it and when. It’s used in place of a spreadsheet and a shared drive by nonprofits, small practices, and inspection and recurring-service businesses. The fields, tabs and labels are set by the customer rather than by us, so the system matches how they already work. It deliberately does no billing and no time tracking. It answers what happened and when, not who owes you money — so it sits underneath whatever you already use rather than replacing it.
