BeeSensible is an AI governance platform for organisations whose people already use AI. See which AI tools are in use, including tools nobody requested, how many people use AI and for what, and which kinds of sensitive data go in. Always in aggregated counts, never per person. Decide per tool what is allowed. A catalogue of over 1,000 AI tools shows the vendor, hosting, whether a tool trains on your input, and a risk score. Choose allowed, allowed with a condition, or not allowed with a named alternative. Decisions are kept in an AI register. Help people while they work. As they type or paste, the detection engine recognises 65 types of sensitive data in Dutch and English and can mask them before they reach the AI tool. Documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images) can be anonymised as well. Substantiate with monthly or quarterly reports mapped to GDPR, NIS2 and Article 4 of the EU AI Act, for audits, the DPO and management. Text is processed in memory on servers at European providers and no content is stored.
